At Rohlig Blue Services India Private Limited there are 97 members working in Chennai.

For our growing team in RBSI  we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with 5+ years of experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and reporting automation. The role involves creating dashboards, automating reports using Excel VBA, developing reports in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Analysis for Office (AFO), analysing business data, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights. Candidates should have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in SAC (preferred), Power BI/Tableau, Excel, VBA, and AFO. The position offers global exposure, a collaborative work environment, and long-term career growth.

What you will do:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards for real-time data visualization and reporting.

• Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting using VBA.

• Utilize SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for data modelling, visualization, and report generation

• Utilize SAP Analysis for Office (AFO) for data modelling and report generation.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business improvement.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate these requirements into actionable reports and dashboards.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.

• Provide recommendations for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.

• Stay updated with industry best practices, advancements in Excel/VBA, JavaScript for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and other reporting tools to identify, propose, and implement process improvements.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and automation.

• Proficient in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or other similar BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau. (Preference will be given to candidates with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience.)

• Proficient in VBA scripting and automation within Excel.

• Hands-on experience with SAP Analysis for Office (AFO).

• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

• Strong listening and presentation skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Quick learner
