What You'll Do
· Manage Talent Acquisition operations, including onboarding support, ServiceNow ticket management, surveys, vendor invoices, and referral/agency payouts.
· Create and maintain weekly reports, dashboards, and leadership review presentations.
· Analyze recruiting data and provide insights to support decision-making.
· Leverage AI tools to improve reporting, productivity, and operational efficiency.
· Conduct talent market and competitive research using LinkedIn and other external sources.
· Coordinate TA programs and initiatives, ensuring effective execution and stakeholder alignment.
· Support RPO operations, vendor governance, and performance reporting.
· Assist with employer branding activities, recruitment events, conferences, and career fairs.
What You'll Bring
· 10–15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or Program Management.
· Strong experience in reporting, dashboard creation, data analysis, and executive presentations.
· Hands-on expertise in managing recruiting operations, vendors, onboarding, and process governance.
· Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
· Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
· Strong program management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Analytics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
