YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a Data Analyst based in Warsaw, Poland, who will be focused on improving and optimizing operational processes across Glovo Poland.
This role will require a mix of operations, planning, analytical skills, and creativity to tackle different challenges. The riders, Glovers for us, are a key player in Glovo’s marketplace and effective demand planning ensures the fleet's long-term sustainability, as well as its healthy contribution to the operational performance and user experience across all the Polish cities in which Glovo operates.
THE JOURNEY
- Be a part of the Supply Operations Team, and support the continuous improvement of operation processes that directly impact key KPIs, such as Delivery Time, Efficiency, Cancellations, etc.
- Support operations, by creating new dashboards, and procedures, that will give visibility on the performance of the main operational KPIs
- Think out of the box to bring new ideas of process improvements that will be game changer to ensure the best user experience related to Glovers
- Work closely with all the verticals from the Supply Operations and HQ team to plan, execute, and monitor projects related to operations and the Glovers (couriers) contribution to the user experience.
- Be responsible for deep-diving into data and have a complete understanding of factors affecting the efficiency of our operations, and how we can improve them.
- Work actively on process optimization and automation locally used tools in order to improve efficiency of local analysis and continous process development
- Collaborate closely with members of other teams in Glovo Poland, and our HQ in Barcelona
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- At least 4 years of experience in an analytical role, working with data to generate insights and make the right decisions
- Advanced worksheet / modeling skills
- Expertise in SQL
- Knowledge of visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, etc..
- Previous experience in Python is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business discipline
- Proficiency in English (written and communication) is a must.
- Based in Warsaw
