Position: Senior Data Analyst (Tableau & Python)
Location: Remote from LATAM
Contract Type: Full-time (Vendor)
Time Zone Alignment: CT
About In All MediaWe are a Managed Nearshore Teams provider headquartered in Austin, Texas, specializing in building and embedding high-performing software development teams. From design to deployment, we deliver customized solutions by connecting global talent with innovative client projects. Our model allows you to work on international challenges, collaborate with diverse teams, and grow your career while being part of a company that values expertise, creativity, and impact.
Project OverviewIn this role, you will support a highly visible, rapidly evolving enterprise-level reporting project. Because this project is highly dynamic, the roadmap is constantly maturing, requiring a Senior Analyst who thrives in ambiguity and can discover insights without needing rigid blueprints. You will handle highly critical and private corporate structures—such as internal employee salary data—demanding an absolute commitment to data governance, privacy protocols, and discretion.
Built for curious, results-oriented problem solvers, you will operate as a self-contained unit within the team. While a dedicated Data Engineer handles the heavy pipeline and API automation, you will be expected to manipulate data patterns, build enterprise-grade reporting structures, and present meaningful conclusions directly to the business.
Key Responsibilities- Dashboard Design & Visualization: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade reporting structures and interactive workspaces in Tableau to clearly communicate data stories.
- Advanced Data Manipulation: Leverage Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL to conduct complex data manipulation, analyze data patterns, and execute standalone analytical deep dives.
- Cloud Data Navigation: Query and navigate large datasets within Snowflake or Google BigQuery environments hosted across AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Data Governance & Privacy: Implement and adhere to strict data governance standards and privacy protocols, ensuring absolute discretion when handling highly sensitive corporate data and PII.
- Business Intelligence & Presentation: Translate complex data structures into meaningful conclusions and present insights directly to business stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Agile Collaboration: Work closely with business teams and engineering counterparts in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing changing requirements and shifting roadmaps.
- Experience Tenure: 5+ years of professional experience working as a Data Analyst, with a proven track record of handling standalone, complex analytical deep dives.
- Core Analytics Stack: Deep hands-on mastery of Python (specifically for data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis libraries like Pandas/NumPy) and SQL.
- Visualization Layer: Extensive experience building enterprise-grade reporting structures and interactive workspaces in Tableau.
- Data Cloud Environment: Direct experience querying and navigating Snowflake (or Google BigQuery) hosted across cloud infrastructures like AWS.
- Statistical Competency: A verified foundational grasp of basic statistical concepts.
- Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for daily technical collaboration and presenting directly to business stakeholders.
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience handling HR Data, workforce analytics, or highly regulated, sensitive data profiles (e.g., payroll, PII, compensation metrics).
- Pipeline Comprehension: An understanding of data engineering workflows, REST API data pulls, and automated data lake ingestion pipelines.
This role is 100% remote from LATAM and requires consistent overlap with teams (CT). Flexibility is expected to accommodate key ceremonies, stand-ups, and collaborative sessions within standard Austin business hours.
LanguageAll interviews, documentation, and daily communication are in English.
