The Senior Data Analyst is an individual contributor role within the Business & Data Analytics job family. The role focuses on advanced data analysis, business intelligence, and data modeling, working with large, mostly structured datasets to generate actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision making across the organization.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.

- Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions such as dashboards, reports, and data models
- Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and risks
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable analytical solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across reporting platforms
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing analytics and BI assets for performance and usability
- Partner with data engineering teams to integrate data into centralized data warehouses or data lakes
- Create polished visuals and narratives that enable strategic decision making
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior analysts or BI developers
- Explain complex analytical concepts clearly to non technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing concepts
- 5+ years of experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- 2+ years of experience with SQL and Python
- Experience working with cloud data platforms
- Proven ability to clean, normalize, transform, and analyze large datasets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an operational environment
- Experience with statistical analysis of data
