Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst who is passionate about our mission of Money Without Borders to join our LATAM MEA expansion product team to help drive data-driven decisions to successfully build our Wise products across markets in LATAM & MEA.
This role will be embedded within one of our Brazil product teams. This team's focus is continuing to grow key segments within our Brazil market through new account and card features, product usage optimization and marketing initiatives.
How you’ll contribute:
Identifying and Prioritising Opportunities: Leverage data-driven insights to identify and prioritise opportunities for product improvements and new feature development in Brazil. Your work will improve our customer’s experience using the product and drive the growth of key segments by tailoring our offerings to meet local market needs.
Owner of Team KPIs: Be the Owner of the team's key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure they are integral to the team's workflow. Including proactive monitoring and diagnostics, sizing potential impact of opportunities on KPIs and retrospectives on launches. Your focus on KPIs will help prioritise the team's efforts and measure success effectively.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with Product Managers, Bankers, Marketing Teams as well as other cross-functional partners to influence the product roadmap.
Data Domain Ownership: Ensure data assets are accessible and effectively utilised by the team to enhance product and customer insights. Including the building of data assets when required. Primary analytics point of contact for product launches of the team.
This role will give you the opportunity to:
Choose your path to impact: we believe people are most empowered when they can act independently. So rather than telling you what to do, you’ll work with your team to create a vision of your own. Of course, you can always gather feedback from smart, curious people across Wise but you’ll have the freedom to make your own calls
Grow as an Analyst: Develop your technical and soft analytical skills in a strong feedback and personal development work environment.
Product and Cross Functional Team Experience: Get exposure to the full breadth and depth of our product while working with a group of multi disciplinary teams of amazing, smart and dedicated product analysts, engineers, product managers, researchers, designers and many more.
The Freedom to Have Real Impact: The opportunities you’ll identify and enable are key to Wise reaching future millions of customers and redefining how payments work internationally at scale
Technical Skills: 5+ years experience in analytical roles with strong data analysis skills. You’re proficient in SQL (with the ability to write clear, performant, and reliable queries) and have knowledge of a scripting language (like Python or R) for automation or more complex analysis. Experience with incremental measurement approaches such as AB tests.
Problem Solving: You know how to define complex problems clearly, ensuring a proper understanding of the scope and applying the 80-20 principle to deliver usable results quickly.
Ownership: You enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment: Identifying impactful opportunities and making them happen, triage requests by impact and focus on the main priorities.
Influence: You partner with stakeholders by proactively sharing insights and findings, collaborating beyond just analytical tasks and ability to give prioritisation opinions maximise impact.
