We are seeking an experienced Data analyst in SHOPLINE’s product team.
You’ll be responsible for deep diving into the data and provide insights to help us make better product decisions.
【What You’ll Be Doing】
1. Work closely with the entire product team and data engineer to fulfill data requests with in-depth analysis.
2. Proactively look into complex data to discover interesting insights and identify problems.
3. Develop systems and tools for effective data management, visualization, and interpretation of product-related metrics.
4. Continuously drive a data-driven mindset within the company.
5. Build standard analysis patterns to expand the impact and accelerate the iteration for SHOPLINE's products.
6. Integrate data-driven decision-making into the product development flow.
7. Collaborate with different teams to identify internal/external data sources and establish effective data collection processes.
8. Establish data governance policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain data quality and standards.
【Who Are We Looking For】
1. Proven experience in conducting data analysis to drive decision making.
2. Advanced SQL skills is a must; good programming skills in R or Python is a plus.
3. Good communication skills that can transform numbers into a great story.
5. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment under little guidance.
6. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
7. Looker or Mixpanel experience is a plus.
8. Experience in E-commerce or Retail Industry is a plus.
9. Experience and knowledge of data governance is a plus.
