Reporting & Data Analyst (FMCG/Logistics)

Key Accountabilities

• Dashboard development & Report automation:
• - Design and maintain dashboards/reports to enable data transparency across Sales, Supply, Operations, etc;
• - Consolidate and streamline reporting templates for monthly business reviews, performance reviews, and ad-hoc reporting;
• - Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy. Ensure timely updates and version control;
• - Monitor report usage and continuously improve based on user feedback.
• Business performance analysis:
• - Analyze company-wide and departmental metrics to identify areas for operational and financial improvement;
• - Perform variance and trend analysis to highlight performance deviations;
• - Provide actionable insights to optimize sales performance, operations efficiency, inventory accuracy, and cost management;
• - Support cost efficiency initiatives/projects (e.g., fulfillment & last mile costs, warehouse utilization, operations productivity optimization).
• Insights & Strategic recommendations:
• - Conduct root cause analysis for performance gaps, inefficiencies and propose data-backed solutions;
• - Deliver presentations and reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations;
• - Prepare scenario models to forecast the impact of business changes or initiatives;
• - Support prioritization of improvement initiatives by quantifying their potential impact on KPIs.
• Data governance & Systems alignment:
• - Maintain data dictionary, ensure consistent metrics and clean data flow across systems;
• - Document sources, enforce governance, and align with Tech on system logic and structure.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance management, preferably in FMCG, logistics, or tech-driven businesses;
• Strong command of data visualization and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Metabase) and SQL; familiarity with Python or R is a plus;
• Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into strategic and operational decisions;
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Product) to support data-driven decisions;
• Proven track record in building standardized reporting systems and automating manual reporting processes;
• Fluent English ( 4 skills).
