Responsibilities
- Execute full cycle of DP tasks (Data Validation, Data Delivery &Tabulation/Data Outputting) of any complexity with agreed quality levels
- Advanced Knowledge on tools like SPSS, Quantum etc.
- Participating in kick-off calls as necessary and collaborating with various departments to leverage best practices.
- Train and mentor team members
- Ability to automate repetitive work using different technology
- Possess the ability of identifying areas of improvements by suggesting efficiency gain solutions in work/team and suggest solutions to TL.
Experience
- 5+ years work experience in market research or equivalent (For Senior Data Analyst role)
- 2+ years work experience in market research or equivalent (For Data Analyst role)
Knowledge & Skill
- Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Programming proficiency in Data processing tools and packages – Data reformatting, merging, weighting, customized data reports and other outputs.
- SPSS
- MS Office
- Tabulation (Quantum)
- VBA/Python/R - Considered as advantage
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Logical/critical thinking
- Teamwork, accountability, mentorship and attention to details
