This team is the engine for user-centric improvements across the company. We build and maintain data products and tooling that give product and engineering teams a real-time view of user behavior and pain points. Data Analysts on this team don't just report but are also embedded within product teams, acting as strategic partners to guide them in making data-driven decisions that directly improve the products and the overall customer experience.

What you’ll do

• Take Ownership of High-Impact Projects: You will have the autonomy to own our most complex data initiatives from start to finish. Your role is to set the direction and lead these critical initiatives independently from the initial idea to the final implementation.
• Shape Business and Product Strategy: Go beyond just analyzing data to influence the direction of the company. You will use your deep understanding of our customers to challenge assumptions and identify new opportunities that will define our next steps.
• Translate Data into a Compelling Vision: You will be the storyteller behind the data. Your role is to communicate a clear technical vision and strategy that convinces and aligns both technical and business leaders, using your work to create a central source of truth that empowers the entire organization.
• Setting the Standard: Your challenge is to find simple and scalable solutions to complex problems, inspiring other teams with new ways of working. You will establish the best practices that become the standard for how we use data across the company 
• Act as a Multiplier Across Engineering: Your influence will extend beyond your own team. You will proactively unblock other teams that depend on your work and mentor colleagues through insightful feedback and code reviews that inspire better solutions across the board.

Who you are

• You have 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.
• You are proficient in SQL, Python, and BI tools (e.g., Looker).
• As an expert executor, you excel at breaking down complex problems, prioritizing effectively, and aligning your work with strategic goals.
• You are an excellent communicator in English, you can manage diverse stakeholders and translate complex insights for technical and non-technical audiences in a global team.
• You bring a curious and experimental mindset, with a drive to iterate, improve, and find better solutions.
