he Senior Data Analyst, Commercial Analytics plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making and commercial performance. This role is responsible for delivering advanced analytics, generating actionable insights, and building scalable, business-ready data assets. The position partners closely with the commercial teams and in-region partners to translate business needs into analytical solutions, while establishing a robust data foundation within the Snowflake data warehouse and enabling self-service analytics through Power BI.
How you will make an impact:
Commercial Insights & Decision Support
- Generate actionable insights to support commercial strategy, performance management, and market expansion
- Develop and maintain standardized reporting frameworks for sales, marketing, and channel performance
- Translate data into clear recommendations for leadership, enabling timely and informed decisions
Data Management & Analytics Enablement
- Curate and maintain business-ready datasets, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability across markets
- Establish and optimize data pipelines to enable continuous insight generation
- Support harmonization of data definitions, metrics, and dashboards across JAPAC
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Build and enhance dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., CRM, BI platforms) to track key commercial KPIs
- Deliver regular business reviews with clear narratives and insight
Stakeholder Partnership
- Collaborate with in-region Commercial Excellence, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional and country leadership teams
- Incorporate voice-of-customer into analytics solutions and reporting enhancements
Spear-heading & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and guide the region in data and analytics frameworks
- Identify opportunities to future-proof the region in analytics capabilities

What you'll need (Requirements):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or commercial operations
- Experience working in a regional / multi-country environment (Asia-Pacific preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehouse and modern data platforms preferred
- Experience in developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other BI tools
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable
