Senior Data Analyst (Commercial Analytics)
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be part of the Western Europe Commercial Excellence organization, supporting the business through high‑quality data insights and analytical solutions. You will play a key role in transforming data into actionable recommendations for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Senior Leadership teams across Western Europe.
What you’ll do
- Develop, optimize, and maintain analytics tools and dashboards (with use of Power BI and Tableau) to visualize trends and support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Partner with business stakeholders across Western European markets, gather ongoing business reporting requirements and deliver training on dashboards and analytical tools.
- Prepare mockups, reports, presentations, user guides, and other supporting materials for stakeholders.
- Undertake data modelling activities and create new analytical solutions as well as further develop currently existing ones.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, and analytical processes.
- Support data governance activities, including documentation and access management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data alignment and integration across systems.
- Share best practices within data analytics and improve adoption of analytical tools and dashboards within company.
- Demonstrate project management and technical skills, including advanced problem-solving and effective communication.
What we’re looking for
- Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query), other Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Tableau Prep is a plus.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using Excel and SQL, knowledge of Alteryx and Python is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and business partnering skills.
- Strong data visualization skills, with the ability to create intuitive, visually compelling dashboards using appropriate charts, layouts, and design best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting insights to senior partners across WEU.
- University Degree (Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Econometrics, Big Data or Mathematics).
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in English and Polish; additional languages are an advantage.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership, autonomy, and drive for results.
