We've been at this since 1970, challenging the conventions of traditional banking with smarter, faster, and more connected financial experiences.
What's kept us moving?  The people behind it all: challengers who ask better questions, push back on old assumptions, and look for a better way forward.
If you're driven to help reshape how banking works for Canadians and the businesses that power our economy, this could be your next big opportunity.
We can’t wait to get to know you!

  • Conduct in-depth analyses of onboarding campaigns, and customer journeys, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction.
  • Design, develop, and present comprehensive reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) and automated dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to monitor key performance indicators and track financial/operational controls.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and media teams to define analytical requirements, implement end-to-end campaign tracking, and deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Continuously improve and automate data extraction, analysis, and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering data-driven decision-making.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in data analysis, sales and marketing analytics, financial modeling, or data mining, with a strong focus on extracting actionable insights from large datasets.
  • Experience in digital banking, marketing, or credit risk is a significant asset.
  • Post-Secondary education or equivalent experience in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science/Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or Business Administration, coupled with a solid understanding of data analytics principles.
