Job Description

In this position, you contribute to the successful data update  of our software solutions for advertisers, media owners and media agencies. Our solutions help these companies in making decisions around their marketing communication budgets. Based upon research data combined with analytical and econometric approaches our solutions answer questions like "What budget is needed to generate an increase of 10% in brand preference? What media mix contributes the most to the revenue?"

You will be working in (small) project teams on the design, execution, implementation and operational management of projects. This involves analyzing data, setting up surveys, designing a good way to integrate data (survey data, modeling and industry knowledge) into our software tools and maintaining contact with clients – both internal and external. In your role, you will focus on managing the full project life cycle ensuring successful, quality and timely execution within scope and budget. You will work closely with internal teams such as the software development team and product, third-party vendors and senior stakeholders.

Additionally, you will act as a liaison between various parts of our business: client, commercial, customer success, product, software development, and have a chance to be involved in the entire project from client request and solution design to tool delivery and training.

The work you’ll do:

  • Comprehensive project management for data analysis and software configuration projects from initiation to completion, encompassing planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and evaluation. Ability to manage and improve projects organization working with a team distributed in different time zones. 

  • Setting milestones, leading project meetings, and managing daily operations.

  • Maintaining accurate project documentation for reporting and technical documentation for historical knowledge.

  • Collaborating with third-party vendors and the research team on data collection efforts.

  • Providing guidance and mentorship to the project’s data processing and implementation team.

  • Working closely with technical leads on decision-making.

  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet client requirements.

  • Be able to follow technical discussion and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences. 

  • Regularly updating stakeholders on project status, discussion points, action items, risks, and issues.

What You Bring:

  • Professional Experience: 5+ 3-5 years of project management experience ideally in software implementations in a fast moving environment.

  • Industry experience: Good understanding of the Media industry. Experience with data driven decision making and basic data analysis. Experience in data analysis and software configuration projects. Experience in similar companies (media agencies, media analytics) is preferred. 

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistic, Market Research or related Social Sciences, Media.  

  • Research experience: Market research experience (survey design, data collection, research design) is highly appreciated a

  • SaaS Environment: Demonstrable experience working with and within a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment.

  • Tech Stack: Proficiency with modern collaboration and development tools, including Jira, GitLab, Git, Confluence, and Google Suite.

  • Global Collaboration: A track record of working effectively and collaboratively in geographically distributed teams.

  • Process improvement: ability to look into new ways to manage existing processes to increase efficiency and quality

  • Having project management certifications (PMP, Prince2) is a plus.

  • Fluent in English

A Roadmap to Success

  • Within Your First Month: Immersion & Foundation You will dive into our structured and intensive onboarding program, designed to get you up to speed quickly. You'll be paired with a dedicated mentor for personalized guidance, but you are expected to take charge of your learning through our extensive library of documentation and recorded training. We encourage you to be curious, ask insightful questions, and be proactive in your development. You'll cap off the month by successfully completing a comprehensive training project, giving you hands-on confidence in our processes.

  • Within Two Months: Ownership & Impact Having mastered the fundamentals, you will transition from training to execution. You will begin to take ownership of your first live software implementation projects, applying your new knowledge to real-world challenges as a project team member, configuring our software tools from the ground up. By this point, you will be an active and contributing member of the team, driving project success.

  • Within Three Months: Leadership & Autonomy Building upon your direct implementation experience, you will have an overarching level of understanding of our processes. You will be confidently managing your own software implementation projects, taking full end-to-end ownership. Your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, from creating initial timelines and effort estimations to ensuring successful client delivery. You'll be adept at orchestrating all the moving pieces, understanding dependencies, mitigating risks, and serving as the key communication point for all stakeholders.
