The Role
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a large-scale enterprise transformation programme, supporting multiple business-critical initiatives across HR, Risk, Operations, and PMO functions.
This role will focus on designing and shaping end-to-end solutions across several concurrent projects, ensuring seamless integration between business applications, platforms, and data services. You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, security, and data functions to deliver scalable and well-governed solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture across multiple workstreams and projects.
- Define integration strategies, including APIs, workflows, system interfaces, and data flows.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solution designs.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and best practices.
- Support the delivery of business transformation initiatives involving HR, Risk, and PMO platforms.

- Hands-on, pragmatic approach with strong stakeholder management skills.

Skills Required
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Azure Solution Architect (Data & AI focus)
- Hands-on experience with Azure modern data stack
- Strong skills in data analysis, modelling, and architecture design
- Agile delivery experience with a mix of SMC and Enterprise clients
- Excellent communicator at senior levels
- Degree-level education or equivalent
