Position Title: Sr. Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant

Legal Entity:  SA Global US Inc

Location Of Employment: 4001 New Broad Circle. Apt. 201 Oviedo FL 32765 (may telecommute from anywhere in the US)

Areas of Responsibility

  • Undertake the full implementation lifecycle of Dynamics 365 including business analysis and requirement gathering
  • Lead customer-client workshops to efficiently understand the clients business needs and strategies
  • Advise and instruct the customer on the most appropriate and tailored Microsoft Dynamics D365 Project Operations solution to suit their business requirements
  • Produce appropriate documentation to a high standard according to project methodology and phase
  • Ensure the Microsoft Dynamics D365 Project Operations implementation is correctly configured and customized so that the processes run as defined
  • Design Microsoft Dynamics D365 Project Operations modifications that allow the customer to perform procedure which have been identified as gap
  • Present to prospects and customers at all levels of the customer business
  • Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally, internally and externally
  • Train end users & provide on-going support to customers following successful product implementation
  • On-going commitment to continuous professional development including completing relevant certifications in a timely manner
  • Carry out additional, reasonable duties that may occur as instructed by your manager or members of senior management

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 3 years’ experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

Special Requirements:

  • Experience working on a minimum of two full cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance and Customer Engagement experience with CRM/ERP implementation methodologies.
  • Must possess at least one Microsoft Dynamic Certification, Functional knowledge of Power Platform.
  • Experience with both agile and waterfall implementation methodologies, Professional Services industry experience and business process understanding.
  • May telecommute from anywhere in the US. Occasional travel to unknown client worksites in the US (less than 15%)
