In this senior role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced security strategies, managing complex security projects, and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and security audits to identify potential threats and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
  • Manage incident response processes, ensuring timely detection, containment, and remediation of security incidents.
  • Stay informed on the latest cybersecurity trends, threat landscapes, and regulatory requirements to keep the organization ahead of emerging risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, risk management, and compliance to integrate security into all business processes.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior cybersecurity staff, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Represent the cybersecurity function in executive meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of comprehensive experience in cybersecurity roles with a focus on strategy, risk management, and incident handling.
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, and others.
  • Proven experience in leading cybersecurity projects and managing incident response.
  • Strong expertise in threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and security technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly preferred.
