This is an on-site, fulltime opportunity with an Arctiq client in Marietta, GA. 

Position Overview:

We're looking for a seasoned cybersecurity professional who thrives on solving complex security challenges, staying ahead of emerging threats, and protecting critical enterprise infrastructure. In this role, you'll help safeguard enterprise systems, lead security initiatives, and strengthen an organization's overall cybersecurity posture.

Responsibilities: 

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise security technologies
  • Strengthen network security and monitor for emerging threats
  • Support security monitoring platforms and endpoint protection solutions
  • Enhance Security Operations Center (SOC) capabilities
  • Troubleshoot complex security issues and continuously improve security posture
  • Evaluate emerging cybersecurity technologies and industry best practices
  • Support long-term cybersecurity strategy and technology roadmaps
  • Assist with regulatory compliance and security governance initiatives
  • Participate in cybersecurity planning and investment decisions
  • Lead security assessments, audits, and enterprise security projects
  • Coordinate and lead incident response activities
  • Promote cybersecurity awareness across the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional security teams
  • Stay current on evolving threats and security trends through ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 8 years focused on cybersecurity and network infrastructure
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience deploying and supporting:
    • Network authentication solutions
    • Network Access Control (NAC)
    • Security monitoring platforms
    • Endpoint protection technologies
  • Experience with:
    • Network security assessments
    • Vulnerability and risk management
    • Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 security
    • Advanced Linux administration
    • Security Operations Centers (SOC)
    • Project and change management methodologies
  • Enterprise network security architecture
  • Data encryption technologies
  • Vulnerability assessment tools and techniques
  • Virtualized environments
  • Microsoft Windows and Linux administration
  • PowerShell, Bash, Python, or other scripting languages
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across technical teams
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications
