About the role

In Supply Chain, we are uniquely positioned to see our products come to life, end to end - starting with our materials through to the touch point of our brand with consumers. Join us & become both the voice of the customer for supply & the integrator across Sales, Marketing & Finance.

As a Senior Manager for the Customer Supply Chain in EMEA, you will bridge the gap between internal supply chain operations and our commercial teams spanning retailers, franchises as well as our own stores and digital platforms within Wholesale Channel. This position focuses on optimising the end to end Order to Cash and fulfilment process, for our dynamic skincare and cosmetics portfolio. You have a laser focus on enhancing Service Levels as well as driving collaborative growth through superior customer management, logistics execution and data driven insights. You will be responsible for ensuring product availability across diverse UK, European, Middle Eastern, and Australian markets while focusing on service fulfilment for short and mid (S&OE) term planning.

This role requires a sophisticated understanding of the beauty industry, heavily NPD driven - where trends move fast and product lifecycles are short. We need a tech savvy leader who can navigate a complex systems landscape including NetSuite/SAP, as well as master the art of customer systems to align Charlotte Tilbury’s Supply Chain capabilities with customer requirements.

As a Senior Customer Supply Chain Manager you will

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Supply Chain Managers and planners, responsible for fulfilment of customer orders at optimal cost, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and “Customer at the Heart”
  • Serve as the primary supply chain point of contact for Strategic Partnership with major retailer/wholesale accounts, conducting regular business reviews and aligning supply chain capabilities with customer requirements
  • Oversee the order management and fulfilment cycle, ensuring high “On Time, In Full” (OTIF) performance while minimising shortages and delivery discepancies
  • Integrate the S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) process through collaborative planning. Support SISO reviews and lead joint business planning sessions with commercial teams and customers to improve forecast accuracy and promotional execution, new channel/distribution gains with excellence
  • Facilitate cost optimisation by identifying and implementing cost to serve initiatives, such as pallet configurations, reduction of delivery penalties/discrepancies and streamlining the returns process
  • Customer at the Heart: transition the team from transactional order processing to a proactive, value added partnership model, implementing root cause analysis for any service failures
  • Analytical rigour: ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights. Leverage the ERP system and BI tools to develop insights for tracking Service KPIs, inventory health at retail and supply chain efficiency.
