At Flip, you can expect a Customer Success department that is divided into CS Management, Support and CS Engineering. This enables us to offer our customers an optimal experience and find the right answer to every question. As part of a dedicated CSM team, you will proactively ensure that our customers are successful and satisfied and realise the full potential of their Flip app.
What you can expect from us
- Strategic customer management – You take full ownership of our key Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, develop individual account strategies, and implement them to drive sustainable growth and long-term revenue goals.
- Building and strengthening relationships – You foster and deepen relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a vital link between our customers and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, etc.).
- Success management with impact – Beyond onboarding, you lead project management efforts, plan and coordinate initiatives like Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and strategic workshops to continuously maximize business value for our customers.
- Internal gamechanger – You serve as the voice of our customers within Flip, providing valuable feedback to the relevant teams and actively contributing to the development of our product and Customer Success operations.
- Shaping and optimizing Customer Success – You play a key role in continuously improving our CS processes—whether by establishing new structures or refining existing ones.
What you bring with you
- At least 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or Project Management—ideally in a B2B SaaS scale-up.
- A strategic mindset & strong stakeholder management skills – You identify opportunities, manage complex projects, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to our customers.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills in both German and English, combined with empathy and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- A hands-on approach & ownership mentality – You work independently, keep the bigger picture in mind, and take initiative to drive meaningful impact.
- A charismatic, customer-focused team player – You inspire both internal and external stakeholders and drive sustainable success.
