We are looking for motivated and service‑oriented Senior Customer Success Manager to support a portfolio of retail customer. In this role, you will build strong customer relationships, ensure high‑quality service delivery, and manage key commercial and contractual activities. You will be acting as a trusted partner, you will represent the company professionally during both virtual and in‑person customer engagements. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong customer service background, commercial awareness, service delivery management, and contract management.
The position requires trips to customers’ side (few days per month) and regular office visits to Milton Keynes.
Responsibilities
Manage customer retention, contract processing, invoicing, payment activities, and service delivery for an assigned customer portfolio.
Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for customer requests, ensuring timely and precise execution.
Provide service and installation support while identifying opportunities to enhance service quality and deepen customer engagement.
Maintain accountability for overall account delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
Resolve complex or business‑critical issues.
Build strong customer relationships and regularly review Voice of the Customer insights to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, marketing) to address customer needs and inquiries.
Required Qualifications
Strong experience in customer service roles with focus on professional client-facing approach.
Professional experience in reporting and creating monthly MI packs.
Deep understanding of commercial and contractual services.
Ability to prepare and review contract maintenance and documentation.
Great experience with P&L and customer account financials.
Independence working with billing processes and commercial data.
English language proficiency.
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and issue‑resolution skills.
