The Role

We are looking for an experienced, talented and highly motivated Sr. Account Manager to our Nordic marketplace team with the opportunity to advance into a team leadership role.

As Sr. Account Manager at Incubeta, you will be responsible for delivering strategic excellence across our key accounts on online marketplaces such as Amazon as well as driving sales to new customer leads in the Nordic region. You will be responsible for understanding our customers’ business objectives, the digital marketplace, our agency services and building client relationships in delivering exceptional marketing solutions that exceed expectations. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate how to build and nurture strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering a more integrated customer/agency partnership.

Our Sales and Account team is a newly defined and fast-growing team and though we have a detailed vision and plan, we are looking for an opinionated and knowledgeable candidate who wants to influence how we deliver excellence and has the ambitions to grow into a director role for our Sales and Account team. 


Reports to Managing Director 


  • Advise our existing and prospective customers in delivering the most impactful and efficient strategies and help them analyze the data, trends and performance 
  • Identify sales/upselling opportunities as well as business challenges and adding strategic experience to our customers in order for them to grow their business
  • Actively run sales, customer and team meetings
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality and progress of ongoing consultancy projects such as migrations, new customer setups 
  • Setting the scene for our Sales and Account team to prepare and present strategic proposals towards customers including timelines and costs of investments
  • Cross-functional collaboration with other internal teams and international teams to deliver cohesive and effective client solutions


  • At least 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing environment, ideally within an agency setting and with proven experience working in a client-facing role. Amazon knowledge is considered advantageous but not mandatory
  • University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Ecommerce or Marketing
  • Strong in strategic analysis and profound advisory and communication skills with the ability to translate customer needs to deliver high level of satisfaction

  • Fluent in Danish and English
