As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Stibo Systems, you'll partner with some of the world's leading enterprises, helping them realise measurable business value from our AI-powered SaaS platform.

The Role and Your Main Tasks

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and strategic judgement across complex enterprise customer environments, taking ownership of ambiguous challenges and driving alignment across customer and internal stakeholders. You will build trusted relationships with business and executive stakeholders, lead cross-functional collaboration, and champion the voice of the customer to drive meaningful customer outcomes.

More specifically, you will:

  • Drive adoption, value realization and customer outcomes by using customer, product and usage insights to identify opportunities, remove barriers and support long-term customer success.
  • Partner with Account Management to develop and execute shared account strategies, aligning customer priorities, stakeholder engagement, risk management and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain customer success plans that connect business priorities, adoption milestones, success metrics and realized value, and use these plans to proactively assess customer health and drive mitigation of risks to adoption, value realization and renewal.
  • Lead executive business reviews that demonstrate realized business value, align stakeholders on strategic priorities and shape future account strategy.
  • Champion the voice of the customer by providing actionable insights and influencing improvements across Product, Support, Professional Services, Sales and Customer Success.

Who we are looking for:

You are customer-obsessed and thrive in a cross-functional, international environment. You build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, communicate and present with clarity and confidence, and take pride in helping customers achieve meaningful business outcomes. You bring a strong consultative and analytical mindset, with the curiosity to understand the “why” behind customer behaviour and turn insights into action.
 

Additionally, you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or another customer-facing role within a SaaS or enterprise software environment, including ownership of complex enterprise customers and executive-level stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience with Master Data Management / Data Management and enterprise software solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to interpret customer, product, usage and business outcome data to identify risks, uncover opportunities and influence decisions.
  • Ability to understand enterprise business processes and connect data-management capabilities to strategic, operational and financial outcomes.

Skills Required
