Senior Customer Solution Architect

We have an exciting opportunity for a Workplace Lead Solution Architect, fluent speaker in Swedish, to join our Central European Presales Team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in defining and delivering major technical projects, strategies, and architectures. Your expertise will enable us to develop integrated solutions that meet our current and future business needs. Responsibilities:

·       Lead a talented design team: You will have the opportunity to manage and inspire a large design team, guiding them to deliver exceptional results.

·       Strategic project delivery: Define and communicate high-level structures to facilitate the design and development of integrated solutions. This includes identifying areas where service, process, organization, and operating models need improvement, in addition to technology components. You will ensure that agreed requirements, such as the automation of business processes, are met and provide options and considerations for key business decisions.

·       Influential decision-making: Shape technical proposals to align with customer needs and make necessary solution/service trade-offs. Your expertise and strategic insights will influence the approach to whole classes of business and drive the development of new offerings.

·       Collaborate with customers: Work closely with our customers to understand their business strategies and develop IT strategies and architecture for significant areas of their operations. Your input will be crucial in aligning their goals with our solutions.

·       Design and requirements management: Collaborate with your team to define customer requirements and produce comprehensive designs. You will establish high-level design criteria for major solutions and ensure that design control is maintained throughout the implementation process.

·       Thought leadership: Share your expertise by communicating the impact of emerging technologies on our customers and our business. You will have the opportunity to present your insights to senior-level customers and internal stakeholders, contributing to our thought leadership in the industry.
