Position Title: Senior Customer Operations Analyst
Position Location: 35 Medford St., Suite 1, Somerville, MA 02143
Duties: Assist in leading the sales nd service operations team globally. Manage operational launch details, sales/revenue reporting and analysis, sales strategy planning/executive, and service operations planning and execution. Serve as role models and mentors to junior analysts and other members of the team in providing guidance on best practices and workflows. Serve as strategic partners to sales and service managers to ensure their teams operate at maximum efficiency. 40% telecommuting allowed from the area of intended employment. 5% domestic travel required.
Requirement: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field of study and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have two years of experience in the following skills: advanced Salesforce CRM (report building and system management); advanced Spreadsheet & Excel (pivot tables, functions and formulas); writing and manipulating SQL queries; and understanding Netsuite and similar order management systems.
