A Day in the LifeAs a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist within the Diabetes business, you will play a key role in driving the adoption and usage of WePartner Online (WPO), an innovative engagement platform designed for HealthCare Professionals (HCPs, including both physicians and nurses). Additionally, you will be responsible for content creation as part of an omnichannel strategy.To succeed in this position within the EMEA Diabetes Business, you should be a highly motivated, collaborative professional based in the EMEA region, with a customer-oriented approach and a proven track record of successfully implementing projects in complex environments.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- External Engagement: Enable local WPO channel owners by creating and executing marketing campaigns and assets to maximize adoption, loyalty, and value for each channel. This includes maintaining an engagement calendar to capture EMEA and country-specific activities, plans, and OKRs.
- Internal Engagement and Readiness: Drive internal awareness and enthusiasm for WPO, leveraging all available internal channels/platforms (e.g., Yammer, MSC/T&E/Breakfast calls). Support countries in preparing for their internal launch efforts.
- Content Calendar Leadership: Plan and manage the WPO content calendar to support the broader Diabetes and HCP marketing strategies, while addressing the needs of internal stakeholders (e.g., service leads).
- Partnership with Omnichannel Lead: Collaborate with the EMEA Omnichannel Lead to create content not only for WPO but also for key channels such as LinkedIn. Use a "big rock" content strategy, creating a single, impactful piece of content that provides value to the HCP audience and serves as the foundation for other content across the omnichannel strategy.
- Platform Analytics: Analyze user behavior and platform usage (e.g., Google Analytics, user feedback/research, LinkedIn analytics). Develop action plans to address performance or engagement issues based on insights.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or digital marketing
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, especially LinkedIn
- Familiar with developing high-quality, multichannel or omnichannel marketing plans, campaigns, and assets, in collaboration with approved creative agencies
- Highly desirable experience in design and content creation e.g. Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop etc
- Comfortable with data analysis and reporting
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
Experience in customer or channel marketing is a preferred.
