Now, we’re looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join our growing team and help us drive deeper relationships with our customers through engaging, value-driven marketing.
As the Senior Customer Marketing Manager at Phrase, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement strategy. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to develop and execute impactful marketing programs that showcase customer success, drive adoption of our platform, and foster long-term brand loyalty. This role will be central in driving increased adoption in our customer base, amplifying their voice, telling their success stories, and building a community of advocates who champion Phrase’s technology.
What you’ll be responsible for:- Campaign Management: Design and manage end-to-end customer marketing campaigns that drive adoption, engagement, and retention across our global customer base
- Community Building: Build and nurture customer communities through webinars, dedicated events, Customer Advisory Boards (CABs) and targeted engagement initiatives that foster deeper connections and knowledge sharing among our customers
- Customer Feedback: Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to gather insights and feedback, ensuring the voice of the customer is embedded in our product roadmap and marketing efforts
- Customer Advocacy: Partner with the Brand and Comms team in the development and execution of our customer advocacy strategy, creating a network of brand champions who amplify Phrase's value through testimonials, case studies, content and speaking opportunities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to help co-ordinate customer marketing initiatives with broader business goals, from product launches to expansion opportunities
- 5+ years of experience directly within customer marketing ideally in a SaaS or B2B technology environment, targeting an Enterprise level audience
- Proven track record of developing and executing customer marketing programs that deliver revenue through increased engagement, retention and upsell
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling narratives around customer success and business impact
- Experience building and managing customer communities, including events, webinars, and forums
- Exceptional collaboration skills, with experience working and leading cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring, optimizing and reporting on campaign performance
- Expert in stakeholder management with experience in leading sessions with senior business leaders to showcase the reasoning and results of your customer initiatives
- Work experience in a successful and growing global SaaS company
