Main responsibilities:

  • Manage daily customer fulfilment operations, coordinating Sales & Operations Execution activities and communicating proactively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of products.
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify potential shortages and out-of-stock situations up to four weeks ahead, applying short-term stock management to steer stock across the supply chain.
  • Make critical fulfilment decisions during shortage situations, including product allocation per customer, backorder prioritization, and mitigation actions such as adjusting order quantities or proposing substitutions.
  • Manage day-to-day contact with logistics partners (4PL) to coordinate all necessary fulfilment activities and ensure timely, accurate delivery to customers.
  • Track and report on end-to-end fulfilment performance through a defined set of KPIs and analytics, identifying inefficiencies, conducting root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvements.
  • Support month-end closing activities and prepare consolidation data and analysis for stock-in-trade and sell-in/sell-out reporting.
  • Gather and manage all out-of-stock issues impacting customers, enabling timely and transparent customer communication through the Supply Chain Customer Engagement team.
     

About you

  • Experience: Solid background in customer fulfilment, supply chain operations, or order management, ideally within the biopharma or healthcare industry
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with SAP and MS Office; strong analytical capabilities with experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and scenario planning
  • Soft skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Hebrew
