As a Senior Customer Experience Specialist at Honeywell, in Bucharest, you will be responsible for managing finished goods stock, processing customer orders, and preparing product deliveries. This role involves establishing delivery timelines, coordinating with supply departments for out-of-stock items, and overseeing all documentation related to deliveries. This is on-site role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage finished goods stock and assign products to customer's post-order.
- For in-stock items, establish delivery times.
- For out-of-stock items, initiate supply requests and update delivery times upon arrival.
- Oversee confirmed orders (including product and customer records).
- Prepare product deliveries.
- Allocate product serial numbers for quality documentation.
- Draft invoices (including proformas) and delivery notes.
- Manage and transmit accompanying documents (invoices, approvals, quality documents).
- Monitors sending of all invoices via EDICOM to ANAF. If applicable, resolves transmission errors (via tickets and/or directly in EDICOM)
- Manage relationships with contracted carriers, issuing delivery orders with details (pallets, weight, destination).
- Coordinate complex deliveries for major customers (e.g., Delgaz Grid and Distrigaz Sud) with multiple logistics locations.
- Inform customers about product pickup availability post-payment or document assurance, occasionally managing fast courier orders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably Customer Support in an international work environment
- Experience using CRM/SAP and understanding CRM/ERP system business processes a plus
- Knowledge of MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
