We are seeking a Senior Customer Engineer specializing in Microsoft security, Azure infrastructure, identity management, and enterprise networking. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across Microsoft Azure and Windows environments, with the ability to design, implement, troubleshoot, and secure complex enterprise solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Design, implement, and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure, security, identity, and networking solutions.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, authentication, access governance, MFA, Conditional Access, and enterprise SSO.
• Support Azure networking, including VPN, ExpressRoute, firewalls, WAF, load balancing, Private Link, and network security.
• Administer and secure Windows Server, Windows client environments, Hyper-V, Azure Virtual Desktop, and failover clustering.
• Support Azure Local, Azure Stack, SAP on Azure infrastructure, Azure VMware Solution, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Implement infrastructure automation and management using Azure Bicep, Terraform, Azure Arc, and Azure management tools.
• Support cloud migration, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions using Azure Migrate and Azure Site Recovery.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide technical guidance to enterprise customers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10–15 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, and security engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Azure infrastructure, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Azure networking.
• Experience with hybrid identity, enterprise authentication, PKI/certificate services, and infrastructure security.
• Knowledge of cloud automation, infrastructure as code, virtualization, migration, and disaster recovery.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer communication, and technical problem-solving skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
