Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategic development and scaling of digital asset custody solutions

- Serve as the business owner of the custody product: from infrastructure choices to pricing models to market positioning

- Partner with third-party custodians, sub-custodians, banks, and wallet providers to design and maintain asset flows

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define feature needs (e.g., whitelisting, MPC, token support, settlement models)

- Define and implement client-facing workflows: onboarding, segregation, audit, and reporting- Support BD in pitching custody solutions to institutional clients, including co-developing commercial proposals

- Monitor evolving regulatory, technical, and compliance requirements related to digital asset custody- Oversee key custody metrics (e.g., AUC, transaction volume, SLAs) and drive reporting for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, Business, Engineering, Finance or a related field

- Prior experience in top-tier crypto or financial institutions, trading firms a plus

- Hands-on experience in crypto custody, blockchain operations, or digital asset servicing

- Strong understanding of wallet technologies, custody solutions, blockchain transaction mechanics, and settlement infrastructure

- Familiarity with both traditional finance custody controls and Web3-native custody innovations

- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus

- Highly organized, security-minded, self-motivated, and proactive—with a strong passion for crypto

Skills Required

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
Prior experience at a top-tier cryptocurrency company or financial institution
Hands-on experience in cryptocurrency custody, blockchain operations, or digital asset servicing
Strong understanding of wallet technologies, custody solutions, blockchain transaction mechanics, and settlement infrastructure
Familiarity with traditional finance custody controls and Web3-native custody innovations
Fluent English
Mandarin proficiency
Highly organized, security-minded, self-motivated, and proactive, with a strong passion for cryptocurrency
