BlackStone eIT is on the lookout for a talented Senior CRM to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in customer relationship management to improve our CRM strategies and initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure a seamless integration of CRM solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Responsibilities- Oversee and enhance CRM strategies focusing on improving customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and implement strategies for customer relationship improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure the optimal utilization of CRM tools.
- Customize and configure CRM applications based on departmental needs and customer feedback.
- Provide training and support to team members on CRM best practices and tools.
- Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, proposing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in customer relationship management.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and its applications, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience in data analysis and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Knowledge of marketing and sales processes related to CRM.
- Ability to configure and customize CRM applications according to business requirements.
- Experience in providing training and support for CRM tools.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with a focus on achieving results.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
