We are looking for a Senior CRM Tech Manager CRM at Zalando. You will be working in our CRM team which manages email, push notifications, in-App messages and content cards. You will be taking part in redefining customer experience for our Zalando customers through our CRM channels. 

As a Senior Technical CRM Manager, you are responsible for the Braze infrastructure where you will maintain, develop and improve technical processes within our platform. You work closely with the business and drive our CRM channel to the next level.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• You’ll be in the driver seat of the technical setup of our Braze communication setup where you will monitor, develop and improve our automated email communications. 
• You’ll support the data integration and ingestion into our third party systems to ensure a high level of personalization for our customers.
• You’ll collaborate with internal teams (Product, Business & Customer Intelligence, Data & Software Engineering) and maximise third party relationships to drive innovation.
• You’ll work on problem statements, provide technical solutions to enable a better customer experience, and oversee the outcome of our team’s work.
• You’ll get the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team, who all work on the same goal but have different focus areas. 

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• You are a Martech expert and have demonstrated experience maintaining an Email Service Provider (ESP) as an administrator or technical owner. Ideally Braze.

• You have deep knowledge on how to automate communications at scale and understanding on how we can send the right message to the right person.
