Summary

SafetyChain Software is looking for an experienced, systems-minded Senior CRM & GTM Systems Administrator to own the platforms that power our entire go-to-market engine. Reporting into Revenue Operations, this role owns the health, hygiene, and administration of our HubSpot CRM – and the broader GTM tech stack that surrounds it, including Fathom, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and the integrations that tie these systems together – across the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has done this before: an owner who can set the standards, architect the systems, and be the trusted expert the revenue org relies on. Do you take pride in clean data, well-built automation, and a tech stack that works as one connected system? Love being the person who makes the whole GTM machine run smoothly? Like the idea of a flexible, autonomous environment where you own these platforms end-to-end? This may just be what you are looking for – let’s get into the details!

Who We Are

SafetyChain is a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS provider revolutionizing plant management for Food and Beverage manufacturers by improving yield, maximizing productivity, and ensuring compliance. Our impressive client base includes renowned brands like Albertsons, Clif Bar, Tyson Foods, and Whole Foods. Join a dynamic, collaborative team driven by innovation, agility, and rapid growth.

What You'll Do

As the Senior CRM & GTM Systems Administrator, you will own the administration, configuration, data integrity, and enablement of HubSpot as well as the full GTM tech stack – Fathom, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and the integrations connecting them. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the revenue organization and with internal technology teams to ensure these systems work together as one efficient, well-governed platform that supports clean data, reliable workflows, and actionable reporting.

The success of this role means a connected GTM ecosystem our teams trust – where data flows cleanly between systems, automation is reliable, reporting is accurate, and every user knows how to get the most out of the tools. As the senior owner, you will set the standards, architect scalable solutions, evaluate and onboard new tools as the stack evolves, and serve as the go-to expert who keeps our most important revenue systems healthy as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior owner and subject-matter expert for HubSpot CRM and the broader GTM tech stack, including Fathom, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Own the efficient integration of all GTM systems – ensuring clean, reliable data flows and two-way syncs between HubSpot, Fathom, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other platforms in the stack.
  • Administer and configure HubSpot CRM, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to meet evolving business needs.
  • Own the health and hygiene of CRM data – ensuring high data quality and integrity through routine audits, deduplication, monitoring, and the implementation of governance processes and standards across the stack.
  • Manage and maintain CRM objects, pipelines, properties, workflows, lists, sequences, reports, dashboards, and user permissions.
  • Administer the GTM tools end-to-end – managing users, licenses, configuration, sequences and cadences in Outreach, call/meeting intelligence in Fathom, and prospecting workflows in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Evaluate, recommend, onboard, and rationalize tools as the GTM stack evolves, partnering with leadership on build-vs-buy and vendor decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, well-documented solutions across the stack.
  • Design, build, and optimize workflows and automation that improve lead flow, follow-up, hand-offs, and overall operational efficiency across systems.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards that give leadership and front-line teams accurate, actionable visibility into the funnel and revenue.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to properties, automation, reporting, and integrations across the stack; own root-cause analysis and escalate to vendors or engineering as needed.
  • Manage incoming system requests through a ticketing system, meeting defined SLAs for response and resolution.
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation, standards, and best practices for CRM and GTM tool usage.
  • Enable and support end users through training, office hours, and ongoing system improvements; act as a mentor and escalation point for the broader team on GTM systems.
  • Use AI and automation tools to streamline data hygiene, documentation, and enablement, turning repeatable work into structured guides, templates, and workflows.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need (Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, information systems, marketing, business, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience administering a CRM platform (HubSpot strongly preferred; Salesforce or similar acceptable), including senior or lead-level ownership.
  • Demonstrated experience owning and administering a broader GTM/sales tech stack – tools such as Outreach (or similar sales engagement platforms), conversation intelligence (Fathom, Gong, or similar), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Proven experience architecting and maintaining integrations, data flows, and two-way syncs across multiple systems.
  • Advanced experience designing workflows, automation, and reports to support business processes, preferably in HubSpot.
  • Proven experience owning data hygiene and building scalable, well-governed processes across systems.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data models, automation, reporting concepts, and API-based integrations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and a track record of end-to-end system ownership with minimal oversight.
  • Strong communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical users and influence stakeholders across levels.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and collaborating across teams.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills, grow professionally, and take on new challenges.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the U.S. (including air travel) up to 2 times per year for in-person team and all-company meetings.

Nice to Have

  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CRM, Marketing, or Sales Software, Data Management, or Reporting).
  • Experience owning RevOps or GTM systems for a B2B SaaS revenue organization.
  • Hands-on experience with Fathom, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator specifically.
  • Experience building custom integrations and working directly with APIs and iPaaS/middleware tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics or BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
