The Senior Project Manager will oversee client onboarding and enterprise projects, ensuring projects meet client needs, and mentor team members.

Serve as a trusted advisor for strategic enterprise customers to drive adoption and measurable outcomes from SafetyChain's QMS/MES SaaS. Build executive relationships, develop and execute success plans, lead business reviews and training, identify risks and expansion opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams for escalations, and use analytics/AI to track customer health and ROI.

Lead complex enterprise SaaS sales into food & beverage manufacturers, driving new logo acquisition, building ROI-based business cases, engaging stakeholders from plant floor to C-suite, and closing multi-year agreements while collaborating cross-functionally.
