You’ll work closely with clients, CRM Strategists, Project Managers, and technical teams to translate strategic objectives into flawlessly executed campaigns. Acting as a trusted delivery expert, you’ll ensure CRM initiatives are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with client goals. This role is critical to ensuring our clients maximise the value of platforms such as Braze while delivering measurable business outcomes through best-in-class customer engagement programmes
• Strong hands-on experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
• Proven experience executing multi-channel CRM campaigns and customer journeys
• Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation, lifecycle marketing, and digital marketing principles
• Experience working with customer data, relational databases, and campaign performance reporting
• Excellent attention to detail, including QA of campaigns, integrations, and documentation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills gained through client-facing or agency environments
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organisational and problem-solving skills

- Experience working within agency, consultancy, or high-growth Martech environments
- Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) and audience activation
- For contractors: proof of incorporation and up-to-date insurance
