- Managing your own ledger.
- Building great relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
- Driving improvements in billing processes and cash collection..
- Training and onboarding new team members.
- Ensuring cash targets are achieved and debtor days reduced.
- Preparing accurate forecasts, reports and KPIs.
- Overseeing statements, chasing letters, direct debits, journals, refunds and write-offs.
- Providing support to the Sales Ledger Manager by serving as the primary contact for escalated queries and offering team assistance during peak periods and staff absences.
