Qualifications:
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience.
- Strong financial analysis and credit underwriting skills.
- Ability to evaluate complex credit structures and risk profiles.
- Experience or interest in mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
