Role

We’re looking for a Senior Creator Marketing Manager to own creator campaigns end-to-end—from sourcing and communication to final delivery—ensuring everything is completed on time and aligned with the brief.

You’ll work closely with the creative team to align on content direction and with project managers to keep timelines on track. You’ll also support and guide UGC Coordinators by delegating tasks and stepping in when needed.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, a strong communicator, and comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks.

This is a full-time, fully remote position that allows you to work from anywhere.

What you’ll do

  • Own end-to-end execution of UGC campaigns from creator sourcing to final delivery

  • Identify, vet, and secure creators based on campaign needs and brand fit

  • Manage all creator communication, including outreach, follow-ups, and issue resolution

  • Ensure creators deliver content on time and according to the brief

  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery

  • Work closely with and manage UGC Coordinators to ensure high-quality execution, strong campaign outcomes, and timely delivery

  • Keep internal systems clean and up to date

  • Oversee creator payments and agreements to ensure accuracy and completion

What we’re looking for

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Prior experience in UGC or influencer marketing campaigns

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and campaigns at once

  • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and platforms

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently

  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and taking direction when needed

  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

  • Capability to stay consistent, reliable, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Frame.io, or similar

  • Experience in fast-paced agency or startup environments
