The Role
Superside is looking for a Senior Creative Technologist to help shape the future of immersive design. In this role, you’ll work at the cutting edge of AR, VR, spatial interfaces, and interactive 3D, developing visionary experiences that push the boundaries of what’s possible.
Sitting at the intersection of design and engineering, you’ll prototype and build immersive projects for top global brands, integrate AI-powered workflows, and help lay the technical foundation for scalable creative innovation at Superside. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where experimentation meets execution.
What you’ll do
- Rapidly prototype immersive concepts to expand Superside’s tech-based creative offerings.
- Build production-ready experiences for across web, mobile, AR, and VR platforms.
- Lead iconic immersive and interactive projects for high-profile clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with 3D, motion, web, UX, and engineering teams to bring ideas to life.
- Integrate AI-driven workflows into immersive design and development processes.
- Level up internal teams by sharing immersive tech knowledge via training sessions and workshops.
- Contribute to the scaling of our immersive design capability by creating systems, templates, and best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
- Deliver key projects to be showcased as part of Superside’s immersive portfolio.
- Champion technical excellence, while balancing speed and production-quality execution.
What you’ll need to succeed
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in immersive development (VR, AR, 3D web).
- Expert knowledge of either three.js + React for web-based immersive experiences or Unity or Unreal Engine (C#, C++)
- Proficiency in AR frameworks and VR SDKs.
- Solid understanding of 3D modeling, spatial computing, and spatial UX/UI.
- Proficiency in WebGL and libraries like D3.js for data-driven visuals.
- Experience integrating AI tools for asset generation, procedural systems, or interface enhancements.
- Proven success delivering cross-functional projects on time and at high quality.
- Clear, confident communication across creative, technical, and customer-facing teams.
- A strong portfolio or GitHub that demonstrates immersive and interactive projects.
- Preferably experience from innovation labs, design studios, or top tech/creative brands.
