What you'll be doing...We are looking for a visionary Senior Creative Director, Copy to serve as a primary catalyst for our new. In this role, you will lead the conceptual and verbal direction for major integrated Above-The-Line (ATL) campaigns, ensuring speed to market and scaled delivery without compromising brand stewardship or creative excellence. You are a master storyteller and conceptual thinker who thrives on finding big, culturally resonant ideas, sharpening how a brand speaks, elevating in-house creative and driving agile, cross-functional alignment.
AI as Your Creative Co-Pilot: We are building an AI-integrated ecosystem where technology acts as a force multiplier for human creativity. In this role, you will champion agentic workflows and advanced GenAI solutions across the creative development pipeline—from brainstorming and rapid concept exploration to copy iteration and content development. By embedding AI into our daily practices, you will eliminate operational friction, smash production bottlenecks and give creative teams more time and freedom to focus on what matters most: original thinking and exceptional ideas.
Responsibilities include:
Orchestrate Unified Brand Ecosystems: Lead the conceptual and verbal evolution of full-funnel integrated campaigns, ensuring every touchpoint—from broadcast and OOH to social-first experiences—connects to a singular, high-impact brand idea and voice.
Institutionalize AI-Augmented Creative Workflows: Spearhead the adoption of agentic AI within the creative pipeline to transform traditional ways of working, shifting focus from manual execution toward higher-level conceptual thinking, rapid exploration and creative iteration.
Architect Scalable In-House Creative Capabilities: Move beyond agency reliance by building and refining in-house creative frameworks that deliver best-in-class ideas and executions with unprecedented speed and operational agility.
Cultivate Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as a strategic bridge between disparate Business Units and brand teams, breaking down silos to ensure conceptual, visual and verbal consistency across the enterprise.
Elevate Creative Talent & Culture: Build a future-ready team through mentorship in conceptual thinking, writing, storytelling and next-gen technology, fostering an environment of experimentation, creative ambition and intellectual curiosity.
Drive Data-Informed Cultural Relevance: Translate consumer insights, cultural signals and performance analytics into compelling ideas and narratives that resonate in culture, ensuring work is not just entertaining, but strategically engineered to drive measurable impact.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Ten or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Experience within top-tier advertising agencies or world-class in-house creative teams, with a heavily decorated portfolio showcasing award-winning ATL and integrated work.
Extensive experience leading high-budget commercial shoots, lifestyle photography, and working closely with top-tier directors and production houses.
Experience navigating, scaling and delivering high-stakes creative for a major Fortune 100 brand. You know how to make a massive enterprise move with the agility of a startup.
Experience developing big, integrated brand platforms and translating them across film, OOH, digital, social and emerging channels without diluting the core idea.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
