Senior Creative Designer

CodeNinja is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to lead our design efforts and elevate our visual storytelling across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a creative visionary with a proven track record in graphic design and multimedia content creation, capable of producing high-quality, innovative designs that engage and resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Design and deliver high-quality visuals for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns, ads) and print media (brochures, posters, packaging) with minimal supervision.
• · Take ownership of concept-to-execution for creative projects ensuring strategic alignment and visual excellence.
• · Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to create impactful designs that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• · Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring design consistency across all channels and platforms.
• · Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction, offering innovative ideas for campaigns and projects.

· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.

· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

· Strong command of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding.

· Proven ability to own multiple projects independently, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

· A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, branding, and print design.

· Knowledge of basic animation and motion graphics; familiarity with video editing tools is a plus.

· Understanding of social media content formats and digital marketing trends.

· Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
