Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact creative projects across multiple departments, acting as a key project manager to ensure timely execution and alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to develop strategic creative initiatives that enhance acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Drive the execution of brand campaigns, digital assets, product education materials, and sales enablement resources, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Manage priorities, allocate resources, and oversee workflows to balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Act as a problem solver, proactively identifying creative and operational challenges and implementing solutions to improve processes and outcomes.
- Work closely with leadership to translate business objectives into clear creative strategies that support revenue growth and market expansion.
- Facilitate collaboration between designers, writers, and external agencies to streamline production, maintain timelines, and optimize project efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Strong ability to manage complex creative initiatives, aligning multiple stakeholders and ensuring project execution meets strategic objectives.
- 5+ years of experience in brand design, marketing campaigns, and creative direction, preferably in B2B or SaaS companies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital marketing assets, and high-impact creative projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and motion design tools like After Effects.
- Deep understanding of design’s role in marketing, sales enablement, and lead generation, with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to integrate data insights into creative decision-making to improve engagement and campaign success
