We are looking for a Creative Designer to join the Yimbly and OK! Beauty Box ecommerce teams (Yimbly primarily) - part of Reach Plc, to start with us in January 2025. This can be fully remote or a hybrid working position from our Canary Wharf hub in London. We are flexible to work around your needs and preferences.

Job Description

As our Creative Designer, you'll set the standard for creativity by leading key projects to an industry-leading level of quality. You will be responsible for collaborating with our brand and marketing teams to set the standard for creativity and lead on the creation and evolution of our identity, brand assets and marketing campaigns across print and digital. 

You will need to be proactive, continually absorbing ideas from other forms of creative influences, and have the passion and confidence to present those ideas and competently optimise the creative for each of our brands. We are looking for someone with ambition, who is eager to be a key component in our growth journey.

  • Fully interpret briefs to deliver creative solutions that meet project objectives
  • Consistently produce high-quality design and layout work, suitable for both digital and print production
  • Utilise all approved programs, fonts, systems, and processes consistently
  • Deliver all materials to the channel manager and/or advertiser in the correct format using the agreed delivery methods
  • Assist colleagues in managing their workloads to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Provide clear and regular reports to the senior management team
  • Work efficiently to meet deadlines, ensuring accuracy and error-free work
  • Foster strong relationships with sales staff, project managers, and stakeholders across departments

Qualifications

  • Multimedia designer, passionate and creative, with the ability to work across a large variety of mediums
  • Evidence of consistently high quality design and layout skills
  • First class design skills, proficient in the use of all Adobe Creative Suite software.
  • Proficiency in either Premier Pro/After Effects is essential
  • Demonstrable experience of working within a commercial creative studio on retail media
  • Good knowledge of current design trends and demonstration of contemporary design styles and techniques across all creative work 
  • Excellent typographical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • A firm grasp of deadlines, with the ability to deliver what is required to a high standard, within studio processes
  • An individual who is adaptable, being able to respond positively and quickly to unexpected business demands and taking on board new approaches, tasks, systems, working practices and additional responsibilities as required
