Join our Creative design studio where you’ll play a role in our brand development and evolution, and marketing design of our organization. As a Senior Brand and Marketing Designer, you'll report to the creative lead, work amongst other designers and copywriters, and collaborate with marketing, product and other teams in the company. 

You'll be joining a dynamic and highly creative team that thrives on storytelling, digital innovation, brand development, and rapid ideation. Our work is experimental, idea-driven, and deeply collaborative, bringing together cross-functional talents to push the boundaries of what’s possible.


What you’ll do:

Brand and Visual Design

  • Lead design initiatives from concept to execution, balancing creativity with business objectives 
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Lead to produce visually impactful content for all brand communication and campaigns
  • Create and deliver exceptional creative assets  for a variety of online marketing channels and materials, including social media, blog imagery, display ads, and emails.
  • Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity, visual language and brand asset library 
  • Embrace quick iteration, innovation, and the craft of turning ideas and narratives into beautifully designed outcomes.
  • Inspire, provide mentorship and guidance to others designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration and continuous improvement within the design team.

Marketing Content

  • Design and deliver Flodesk emails (campaign emails, newsletters, onboarding emails, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing team to craft top-quality creative assets for go-to-market campaigns
  • Create and evolve the Flodesk in-product Layout and template library for emails, forms, and Checkouts

 What you’ll bring:

We’re seeking someone who meets the minimum requirements for the role. If you fit these criteria, we encourage you to apply—preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a necessity.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and brand design
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe is a must
  • Strong visual design skills, supported by a diverse portfolio
  • Experience designing strong, cohesive online campaigns across social media, email, and websites
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • Strong experience delivering work independently and influencing the work of other designers, contractors, and agencies
  • A solid strategic ability for building leading brands in a fast-paced, global-facing environment
  • Exceptional craft
  • Email design experience is a plus but not  a must
