Manages the day-to-day project management needs, leading the creative team to deliver upon the strategy through tactical campaigns and initiatives, and serving as the primary point of contact for business partners at the project level. This position is tasked in ensuring the team is working most efficiently and productively on business-as-usual initiatives across their specific business lines. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities

  • Core point of contact for assigned business lines and link between the agency and business.
  • Responsible for managing relationships and maintaining favorable contacts to ensure partners needs and requirements are met.
  • Establishes project timelines, and then owns the responsibility of proactively managing and communicating expectations and/or implications with the business and creative teams.
  • Thinks/Plans strategically in the business's best interests, helping the business lines define the role the agency can play in helping to meet business objectives.
  • Responsible for understanding the assigned business lines goals, priorities, and communication strategies.
  • Ensures that all agency team members are informed, clear on expectations, and have proper resources to manage jobs and collaborates with Consumer Insights, E-Business, Media, Creative, and where necessary, other agency partners within the project management process.


Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

  • Associate's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in Project Management, or related field
  • In lieu of a degree, 2+ years of experience in Project Management, or related field


Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we'd also look for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management, or related filed

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $65,000.00 to $109,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
