We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Coupa System Administrator to manage, support, and optimize our Coupa Procurement System. In this role, Coupa Administrator will be responsible for maintaining system integrity, supporting users, ensuring seamless integration with our Acumatica ERP system, and driving best practices across procurement and spend management functions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Maintain and configure Coupa modules, including Purchasing, Invoicing, InvoiceSmash, Sourcing, Coupa Pay and Supplier Portal.
- Learn and then assume ongoing administration and maintenance responsibilities for Acumatica ERP system, and other departmental systems, including CRM, as assigned.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and approval hierarchies.
- Configure business rules, approval workflows, and system settings in accordance with organizational policies.
- Provide day-to-day support for users across the organization.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Coupa and Coupa partner support teams as needed.
- Maintain master data in Coupa, including suppliers, chart of accounts, users.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of integrations between Coupa and Acumatica ERP.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Finance teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Develop and manage reports and dashboards within Coupa.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Coupa Administrator, Coupa Implementation Consultant, or in a similar procurement systems role.
- Solid knowledge of Coupa configuration, modules and system administration.
- Experience with ERP system integrations.
- Experience with Acumatica ERP is a plus but not required.
- Coupa Procure-to-Invoice System Administrator or Procure-to-Pay System Administrator certification is a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a distributed team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
