Why be a Senior Country Executive at THG?
In order to achieve maximum performance, we have a team of ecommerce experts that produce quality analytics and execute Digital Ecommerce Strategies for some of the best loved Beauty brands in the world. This role is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual that can bring fresh and innovative thinking to the business and play a key part in driving the account forward on its momentous journey. Support the ecommerce strategy for Christophe Robin’s China marketplaces and Asia B2B distribution management, responsible for hitting KPIs, tracking and reporting sales performance, supporting all aspects of sales operations.
As a Senior Country Executive for ASIA, you'll:
- Support Sr. Country Manager with daily trading planning and delivery – pricing, stock, marketing and promotion to drive commercial KPIs and coordinate related communications with all internal and external parties
- Monitoring and reporting key trading metrics including Traffic, AOV, Conversion Rate, COS and etc.
- Ensuring the brand’s TMall flagship store are kept up-to-date with correct promotional offers, updated banners, new in products, regularly updated category pages.
- Support with Asia B2B daily account management, stock and trading plan executions, ad hoc sales operational tasks to drive commercial KPIs
- Comfortable with sales and customer data analysis and management to present sales and market insights and propose future improvements
- Contribute new ideas and take initiatives to identify new business opportunities to support sales expansion
- Work closely with the global brand team to coordinate resources and local territory activation deployment
- Support with marketing budget monitoring and tracking
- Competitor product, pricing & marketing analysis reporting
- Creative asset management - Ensure assets are available across sales & marketing channels for launches, merchandising imagery, events, marketing campaigns.
What Skills and Experience do I need?
- Commercially astute, ambitious and driven; hungry for success and responsibility
- Fluent in English and Mandarin language
- 2-3 years of experiences in beauty ecommerce and B2B within China or Asia
- Experience of managing sales budgets, trading calendars, forecasts and marketing campaign coordination
- Manages their time efficiently, enjoys problem solving and finding effective yet scalable solutions
- Experience of working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment; online trading knowledge preferable.
- Strong communication skills - has worked exceptionally as part of a wider team and has experience in working with multiple stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial thinkers are welcome - those able to think outside the box best suited to a true 'start-up', agile environment with responsibility for decision making
