Job Description:This role will focus on a suite of corporate responsibilities including corporate finance, corporate securities and compliance. This is an opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of general corporate matters in a dynamic and collegial environment and to work cross functionally with executive members of the finance team.Responsibilities include:- Drafting, negotiating, managing, and advising on corporate finance transactions including debt offerings, credit facilities, and term loans.
- Assisting with SEC reporting and securities compliance matters.
- Assisting with corporate compliance matters.
- Assisting with drafting and preparing annual Corporate Responsibility Report and related regulatory matters.
- JD and licensed or eligible to practice law in the state of California.
- 4-6+ years of experience in corporate finance, and specifically, capital markets, debt offerings, credit facilities, and term loans, and general corporate and securities. M&A experience is a plus. Law firm experience is required. In-house experience is a plus but is not required.
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $171,900 - $275,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
