Job Description:

This role will focus on a suite of corporate responsibilities including corporate finance, corporate securities and compliance. This is an opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of general corporate matters in a dynamic and collegial environment and to work cross functionally with executive members of the finance team.Responsibilities include:

Drafting, negotiating, managing, and advising on corporate finance transactions including debt offerings, credit facilities, and term loans.
Assisting with SEC reporting and securities compliance matters.
Assisting with corporate compliance matters.
Assisting with drafting and preparing annual Corporate Responsibility Report and related regulatory matters.

Key Qualifications:

JD and licensed or eligible to practice law in the state of California.
4-6+ years of experience in corporate finance, and specifically, capital markets, debt offerings, credit facilities, and term loans, and general corporate and securities. M&A experience is a plus. Law firm experience is required. In-house experience is a plus but is not required.
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Responsive, strong work ethic, pro-active, conscientious, with a roll up your sleeves attitude.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $171,900 - $275,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
