- Lead negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements across our fintech stack. That includes payout partners across Latin America, liquidity providers, payment and card networks, stablecoin issuers and crypto infrastructure providers, yield providers, and banking-as-a-service platforms.
- Negotiate technology agreements: master services agreements, API and platform integrations, and data-sharing arrangements. You'll turn what business needs from a partner into enforceable contract terms, including consumer data protection.
- Bring commercial contract review in-house. You'll review complex agreements independently and reduce our reliance on outside counsel.
- Own Latin American legal matters: employment and contractor arrangements for our teams across the region, FX and marketing rules, and the regulations that govern how we operate in each market.
- Build our contract review playbooks and run them on AI-powered legal tech, so Legal can scale efficiently.
- Handle the range of legal questions that come up in a fast-moving business. This is a generalist role in a legal function that is still being built, and the work won't stay inside the commercial lane.
- Help build the processes and templates a growing legal department runs on.
